Terms of Use

By using Motokars, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Motokars provides information and analyses about vehicles (reliability, maintenance, tires, buying advice, history, etc.) based on public data and artificial intelligence analyses. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not replace the expertise of a professional.

2. Account

An account with a verified email address is required. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Abusive account sharing (beyond the authorized devices) may result in suspension.

3. Premium subscription

Motokars Premium — €49.99 / year (or the equivalent in local currency).

  • Term: 1 year, with automatic renewal.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account, or through our payment service provider, upon confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews for a new period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours preceding the end of the period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings (App Store, Google Play or your Motokars area). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

4. Free trial

When you create your account, one free analysis is provided as a preview, with any tool. For a reliability analysis, the preview shows the verdict, the score, the status of each zone of the vehicle and the details of 2 zones. Only one free analysis is provided per account. Unlimited access thereafter requires a Premium subscription.

5. Liability

The information is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Motokars cannot be held liable for any purchase, maintenance or resale decision made on the basis of this information. Always have a vehicle checked by a professional before making any commitment.
